These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. In the unlikely event that we enter into a formal dispute relating to these terms, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle this.
We’ll process the information we need to contact you and manage this license, such as your name and social media handle, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We also use a third-party service provider called Pixlee who will process personal data to help us manage our social media content, and their privacy policy can be found at https://pixlee.com/privacy.
